Polivka International recently completed construction on the CSX Intermodal Fairburn Terminal Expansion. This design-build project was completed on an accelerated schedule, and was complete two months ahead of the initial schedule. This project consisted of 6.5 miles of new storage yard tracks, 1/2 million cubic yards of excavation and embankment, 60,000 square yards of roller compacted concrete, and site lighting. General site work, including storm sewer, yard air systems, a large retention pond, and site stabilization were also part of this project that was completed, including design, within 8 months.

We are proud to announce that on September 22, 2013, we broke ground on Perry South: Weddington, the future home of Polivka International. Our new corporate headquarters looks forward to being part of Union County, North Carolina in 2014.
