Basil Polivka, President & CEO, holds four international patents and works from Polivka International´s Charlotte, North Carolina office. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He recently completed his studies at Harvard Business School.
Daniel E. Polivka, Vice President. Working from Polivka International´s Warren Ohio office, Daniel Polivka oversees the company´s business development initiatives. He collaborates with municipalities and other governing authorities to ensure that zoning and permitting processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
Jeff Hanak, Vice President of Construction. From Polivka International´s Charlotte, North Carolina office, Jeff Hanak is responsible for all project estimating and scheduling. Leading the Operations Group, he works closely with subcontractors, project managers and owners to ensure well-orchestrated project success.
Charles Debbout, VP Sales & Marketing. Charles Debbout has over 10 years of combined experience in international transportation/logistics/ automotive including sales development and management of both inbound and finished vehicle logistics. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin and holds a BBA degree in Marketing coupled with a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain Management.
Michael S. D´Amico, MBA, Vice President Finance
From our Warren, Ohio office, Mike D´Amico is Polivka International´s Controller and
Manager of Accounting and Human Resources. He attended Youngstown State University where he
earned his MBA degree with an emphasis on Human Resources.
