Basil Polivka, President & CEO, holds four international patents and works from Polivka International´s Charlotte, North Carolina office. He is a graduate of Youngstown State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He recently completed his studies at Harvard Business School.
Daniel E. Polivka, Executive Vice President. Working from Polivka International´s Warren Ohio office, Daniel Polivka oversees the company´s business development initiatives. He studied Political Science at Youngstown State University and has more than 25 years experience as an elected official working with local, state and federal leaders. He collaborates with municipalities and other governing authorities to ensure that zoning and permitting processes are managed efficiently and accurately.
Jeff Hanak, Vice President of Construction. Jeff leads the Operations Team to insure quality performance, cost conformance and total Client satisfaction. Through strong communication with the project owner, Jeff coordinates the workflow of field superintendents and sub-contractors to successfully complete projects. Jeff attended Youngstown University and Penn State University with advanced studies in Civil Engineering.
Charles Debbout, VP Sales & Marketing. Charles Debbout has over 10 years of combined experience in international transportation/logistics/ automotive including sales development and management of both inbound and finished vehicle logistics. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin and holds a BBA degree in Marketing coupled with a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain Management.
Michael C. D´Amico, MBA, Vice President Finance
From our Warren, Ohio office, Mike D´Amico is Polivka International´s Controller and
Manager of Accounting and Human Resources. He attended Youngstown State University where he
earned his MBA degree with an emphasis on Human Resources.
Wayne Dabelko, Senior Project Manager
Over 25 years experience of successful management involving large, complex infrastructure projects by emphasizing safety, quality, production and cost conformance.
